Ingredients:
1½ lbs cooked lobster meat, roughly chopped
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp celery, finely diced (optional)
1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped

4 split-top brioche or hot dog buns
2 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions:
Prepare Lobster Salad: In a bowl, mix lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery (if using), chives, salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika or Old Bay seasoning. Gently stir to combine without breaking the lobster chunks.
Toast the Buns: Spread butter on the sides of each bun and toast in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
